CLUB SEASON

2024-2025 Information

The club season is open to female athletes 18 and under. Players must tryout in order to play at Baymeadows Volleyball Academy. We will field as many teams as possible. Tryouts will be held at Baymeadows Baptist Church (4826 Baymeadows Road, Jacksonville 32217). ​ Practices are held at either Baymeadows Baptist Church or Annunciation Catholic School (1610 Blanding Blvd. Middleburg 32068).

National Teams:

Our National team is for athletes who have a strong desire to play collegiate volleyball. These athletes must be fully committed to making volleyball a number one priority over other activities. Athletes on these teams must have the athleticism, fundamentals and skills required to compete at a high level. Season runs November - June and includes:

  • Uniform Package​

  • 2 Practices a week

  • Tournament Entry Fees (6-8 tournaments)

    •  USAV Events, ​AAU Grand Prix/Super Regionals & AAU National Championship

  • Minimum 8 players per team, Maximum of 13 players per team

  • Basic recruiting assistance

  • Club Season Cost: $1,250

  • Travel Expenses not included

  • Tryout fee ($50 pre-registered or $75 day of) will be applied to your total club cost​. 

  • Playing Time - There is NO Guarantee; National teams are very competitive and play time will be based on putting the team in the best position to win.

Elite Teams:

Our Elite team is for athletes who may also have interest in playing volleyball in college. These athletes must be willing to make the sacrifices necessary for their progress and that of the team. These teams are still very competitive. Season runs November - April and includes:

  • Uniform Package:​

  • 2 Practices a week

  • Tournament Entry Fees (5-7 tournaments)

    • USAV Events, AAU Grand Prix/Super Regionals

    • AAU National Championship if qualifies 

  • Minimum 8 players per team, Maximum of 13 players per team

  • Basic Recruiting Assistance

  • Club Season Cost: $1,000

  • Travel Expenses not included

  • Tryout fee ($50 pre-registered of $75 day of) will be applied to your total club cost​. 

  • Playing Time - There is NO Guarantee; Elite teams are very competitive and play time will be based on putting the team in the best position to win.

Regional Teams:

Our Regional team is designed for the athletes who may also have an interest in playing volleyball at the competitive level. Season runs December - April and includes:

  • Uniform Package:​

  • 2 Practices a week

  • Tournament Entry Fees (4-5 tournaments)

    • AAU Tournaments

  • Minimum 8 players per team, Maximum of 13 players per team

  • Club Season Cost: $850

  • Travel Expenses not included

  • Tryout fee ($50 pre-registered of $75 day of) will be applied to your total club cost​. 

  • Playing Time - Coaches will make sure all players will receive playing time. Playing time is not equal.

BVA-Developmental and Local Teams:

We offer this program for athletes that have little to no knowledge of the game. Season runs December - April and includes:

  • Uniform Package​

  • 2 Practices a week

  • Tournament Entry Fees (4-5 tournaments)

  • AAU Local Tournaments

  • Minimum 8 players per team, Maximum of 14 players per team

  • Club Season Cost: $650

  • Travel Expenses not included

  • Tryout fee ($50 pre-registered of $75 day of) will be applied to your total club cost​. 

  • Playing Time - Coaches work to teach all players rotation and rules. Playing time is guaranteed and shared equally based on position.
